The RFOT is a quick and easy to use programmable wireless temperature data logger with an external probe. The RFOTs sturdy design makes it perfect for harsh enviromnents. The 4" probe is flexible and the body is splashproof to withstand washdown. The logger is in compliance with HACCP and USDA regulations and can be field upgraded and field calibrated. The RFOT is designed to monitor and record temperatures from -50 to +200°C (400°F) and can be controlled directly from your computer. The user friendly software holds 21,845 readings at a user programmable rate of 30 seconds up to 12 hours with memory wrap around. The information can be displayed and analyzed in colorful graphs or tabular form that can be exported and printed.
