Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) Analyzers

These gas analyzers are designed to provide accurate and reliable measurements of Oxygen(O2) and Carbon Dioxide(CO2) levels in the headspace gas of a modified atmosphere product package.

They are fully sealed against the environment and protected from water and dirt intrusion, making them wash-down proof. They may be operated from an internal battery pack or continuously from a wall-supply, which also serves as a battery charger.

Readings are taken by means of the sample needle / filter – making measurements of individual packages quick and easy. After inserting the needle into the package headspace, gas is drawn into the analyzer by the built-in pump.
