Product Description

This temperature probe is calibrated with the thermometer to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy and requires no additional calibration. The heavy-duty patented probe is reinforced with Kevlar® and a stainless steel braid that neatly wraps and stows on the unit.

MicroNeedle probes are perfect for testing delicate products like eggs, hamburger patties, small fruits, soft foods and liquids.
