The HS-700 Homesitter is an economical monitor and phone dialer that can save you thousands of dollars in repairs and help protect your home, office or warehouse from damage caused by temperature extremes, water leaks, power failures and more. The unit will sound an alarm and call up to three pre-programmed numbers if a problem is detected. Set up only takes a few minutes and there are no monitoring or installation fees, so all you need is a phone line and a power outlet.

The unit automatically calls out to notify you of a drop in temperature below 45ºF or rise in temperature above 85ºF. The included remote water sensor can be placed anywhere that has the potential for water damage and the power alarm activates once the power has been out for either 15 or 60 minutes. The unit can also be tied to a separate monitor or security system for additional monitoring. Instead of connecting the water sensor, just use the HS-700's extra input for a normally open/closed dry contact to alert you of any status changes.
