This thermometer was designed to measure high temperature ranges without compromising resolution or accuracy. It allows you to connect up to four probes simultaneously and has a built in printer. The printer creates hard copies of your measurements and it allows for readings at user-selected intervals, so you can leave the thermometer unsupervised and temperatures will still be recorded.
